The aim of this research is to find out how cash flow, profitability and leverage impact financial distress in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. A quantitative approach with secondary data was used in data collection. Information about financial performance from the financial reports of food and beverage industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018–2022 is used. This research looked at 88 companies as a population and 11 companies as a sample. The sampling method used in the research is a purposive sampling technique, namely taking samples with consideration and meeting the specified criteria. The data processing method in this research is to use Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research show that Cash Flow (AKO), Profitability (ROA) and Leverage (DAR and DER) do not have a significant effect on Financial Distress. This study used quantitative research. The population and sample size were 33 respondents. The data used were primary data, and the data sources were business owners. Based on the results, it was determined that product innovation and social media simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the success of trading businesses at Helezalulu Market, Lahusa District. The recommendations of this study are: (1) To increase business success, every trader should use social media applications to assist entrepreneurs in promoting all marketed products. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a causal nature. The population in this study was 265 Economic Education Study Program students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nias Raya University. The sampling technique uses a stratified sampling technique, with a sample size of 73 people. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire technique. The analytical method that will be used to test the hypothesis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that motivation and creativity have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This type of research data is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data source for this research is from consumers using a questionnaire. The data collection technique is to use a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first partial test research, work motivation on employee performance at the Somambawa sub-district office, show that the value of tcount (2.767) T t<sub>able</sub> (1.701) means that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance at the Somambawa sub-district office, South Nias district. The results of the second partial test, work environment on employee performance, show that the results of T <sub>&nbsp;count</sub> (2.038) &gt; T <sub>table</sub> (1.701) have a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance at the Somambawa sub-district office, South Nias district. Simultaneous test results show that F<sub>count</sub> (5.370) &gt; (3.343) means that work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance variables at the Somambawa sub-district office, South Nias district. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees of the West Nias Regency Education Office. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Work Discipline (X</em><em>₁</em><em>) has a significant influence on Work Effectiveness (Y) where the Work Discipline variable (X</em><em>₁</em><em>) obtained a value of tcount (2.353)&gt;ttable (1.697) and a significant level of 0.000&gt;0.05. Furthermore, the Leadership variable (X</em><em>₂</em><em>) has a significant effect on Work Effectiveness (Y), where tcount (4.598)&gt;ttable (1.697) is obtained with a significance level of 0.000&gt;0.05, which means that partially the Leadership variable (X</em><em>₂</em><em>) has a significant effect on the Effectiveness variable. Work (Y). The results of the simultaneous test (F Test), show that the value of Fcount (15.256)&gt;Ftable (3.32) and the significance level is 0.000&gt;0.05, so it can be stated that the variables Work Discipline (X</em><em>₁</em><em>) and Leadership (X</em><em>₂</em><em>) simultaneously have an effect positive and significant for the Work Effectiveness variable (Y). Using an associative quantitative research approach, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis to evaluate data. This research covers a population of 40 employees, with a sampling method of saturated samples with the same number. Primary data is collected directly from respondents through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that leadership and rewards have a partially significant influence on employee performance. In addition, these factors collectively have a significant and positive influence on performance. To improve employee performance, leaders must better address employee weaknesses and focus on increasing motivation through rewards. This type of research is a causal qualitative research. The sample in this study were all employees at the Telukdalam sub-district office with a total population of 31 employees. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variables have no effect on employee performance at the Telukdalam sub-district office, South Nias Regency. In this study, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely: Y = 0.46 + 0.68X and a t<sub>value</sub> of 0.249 was obtained which was smaller than the t<sub>table</sub> 2.045 because the t<sub>value</sub> (0.249) &lt; t<sub>table</sub> (2.045) organizational culture had an effect on employee performance but the effect is very small. From 2017 to 2021, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) was listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Associative quantitative research is the methodology employed. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis method employed. The study's findings demonstrate the impact of interest and currency rates on stock prices. Moreover, a multiple linear regression analysis equation was derived for this study, which reads as follows: Y = 6,416,190 + (–2,771)X1 + (–419,382)X2, where 6,416,190 is the constant value. This indicates that the share price (Y) is 6,416.190 if the interest rate (X1) and exchange rate (X2) variables are zero. Regression coefficient (X1) for interest rates is -2.771. Assuming the other independent variables remain constant, this indicates that the share price variable (Y) will decline by -2.771 if the interest rate (X1) rises by one unit, or 100%. This research was conducted at UD. Henny Aluminum with 33 respondents. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price on UD consumer purchasing decisions. Henny Aluminum. This type of research is quantitative and associative by distributing questionnaires to UD consumers. Henny Aluminum Teluk in South Nias Regency. With an incidental sampling technique, the sample size was thirty-three respondents. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting data.&nbsp; From the results of data analysis carried out through partial statement items, it is stated that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a tcount of 5.397 &gt; ttable 1.692 and a significance level of 0.000 &gt; 0.05. Shows that the diversity of the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable 71.3% while the remaining 28.7% is a variable outside the model. Suggestions put forward to improve product purchasing decisions at UD. Thirty respondents make up the population and sample in this quantitative study, which uses employees as its data source. A questionnaire is used to collect data. Simple linear regression analysis is the data analysis technique that is applied. Management research findings indicate that t_count value is 10.892 &gt; t_table 1.701. Thus, it can be said that the Maniamolo District Head Office in South Nias Regency experiences a correlation between employee performance and leadership style.. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this research were 32 respondents. The type of masukan for this research is primary masukan, namely masukan obtained directly from respondents. The masukan source for this research is from business actors using artistik questionnaire. The masukan analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it was determined that there was artistik simultaneous influence of creativity and motivation on business success in Amuri Village, Lolowau District, South Nias Regency. The suggestions for this research are (1) In sistem to increase business success, every entrepreneur should have the ability to creatively manage their business, each product must be available on site so that sales can run effectively.
